    As shown in the above figure, MDCK cells were cultured in low serum and the glucose content in the reactor was controlled by perfusion culture (sugar content not less than 1.0g/L). The cell proliferation in the tank was calculated based on the total sugar content of the cells. After 76 hours of cell culture, the proliferation reached 18 times, indicating good cell growth

    From the above figure, it can be observed that, ToCell ® MDCK SLM-A low serum cell culture medium can meet the needs of MDCK cell growth and human seasonal influenza virus production; Higher secondary coagulation titers can be obtained, the clarity of the harvest solution is high, and there is less cell shedding and debris.
