    MDCK cells grow well in a serum-free environment with high cell seeding density 0.7×106cells/ml，After 72 hours, the cell density reached 8.7×106cells/ml, followed by dilution and fluid exchange in ToCell® After inoculation with MDCK VM virus maintenance solution, the hemagglutination titer of human influenza virus reached 10 wells.
